How many thoughts?
How many thoughts do you have in a day? If you blog, does one post represent a clear stream of thought? Are you able to post immediately on what you are thinking or are there times when you are disconnected and have to save it for later? If you have to post later then do you find the thought is just as fresh? Has it matured and developed or lost the original punch and meaning?
OK, so that's a lot of questions, but that's what was going through my head as I drove to work this morning. How do you capture that constant stream of information?
Blogs are excellent for using as a diary to record your thoughts. It can be quite revealing to go back through. Just imagine if you could go capture the stream of consciousness and walk back through it later. I wonder if you would get a better picture of who you are, what you want and why. That might sound a strange possibility, but how many people really know what they are and are certain that there is no facade that they present to the outside world and themselves.
